I'm a licensed massage therapist and autonomic nervous system practitioner based in Madison, Wisconsin.

My path into this work started where most LMT careers do, in the spa setting, learning the fundamentals, falling in love with deeper tissue and assessment based work. Over time I started noticing patterns in my clients that weren't being addressed. I was focused entirely on muscles and structure without considering the other systems at play in the body.

That changed when I had a chance encounter with my neighbor. A physical therapist and bodyworker with 40 years of experience. What started as a coffee conversation turned into a mentorship that completely changed how I see the human body. The two dimensional front and back approach I had been taught gave way to something far deeper. A three dimensional understanding where one dysfunction can ripple across the entire body in ways most people never consider.
