Policies

  • Out of respect for our time and other clients, we do have a no-show policy in place.

If you miss your appointment without letting us know, it’ll count as a no-show.

    • First time: You’ll be charged 50% of the service price

    • After that: You’ll be charged 100% of the service price for any missed appointments without notice.

If something comes up, please give us a call or message at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can reschedule you and open the spot for someone else.

  • We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this time frame, we will do our best to provide your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or considered a no-show, and a no-show fee may apply. If you arrive within the 15 minutes the session will still have end at the scheduled time.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you'll be running late. We’ll do our best to adjust within reason.

  • We work with all ages. A parent or legal guardian must sign the intake/health release form. If under the age of 16, that parent or legal guardian must remain in the room during treatment.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

    • You can reschedule by contacting us via phone, email, or our online booking system at least 24 hours in advance.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something out of your control comes up, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to work with you.

Thank you for your understanding and for valuing our time and services!

  • Massage services will be immediately terminated if a client makes any sexual advances, comments, gestures, or inappropriate requests. If at any time the therapist feels uncomfortable or perceives questionable behavior, they reserve the right to end the session without refund. Likewise, clients have the right to end a session if they feel uneasy or uncomfortable for any reason.

Massage therapy is a therapeutic, professional service. All conversations and interactions during the session are intended to support healing and well-being, conducted with mutual respect in a professional environment.
